Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with its spacious rooms, including a big bathtub and all the necessary facilities you expect from a 5-star experience. The room was always warm and cozy, although the temperature could be a bit too high at night. I appreciated the large flat screen TV, free internet, and the tea and coffee making facilities provided.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and comfy. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of Chinese and Westernized options. However, the room had some lighting issues and a large TV column blocking natural light. The service was decent but lacked a proactive approach at times. The location was convenient but a bit far from the main attractions. Dining was satisfactory with a mix of Western and Asian dishes. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
I was pleasantly surprised when I got upgraded to a 5-star suite around 9 am. The room was nice with windows, although it was a smoking room and had a musty smell. The service was extremely poor; the staff struggled with English and didn't seem very helpful. The hotel's location was convenient for reaching the exhibition venue during rush hours but was far from the Shanghai center. The dining experience was okay, catering more to non-Asian tourists, and the breakfast was average. Overall, the facilities were decent, but there were some drawbacks to consider.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were spacious but a bit dark due to the lighting options, however, the bed was wonderful. It was a plus being at the end of the corridor and having a huge room. However, the soundproofing could have been better as noise from the hallway and the next room was noticeable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were not completely soundproof, allowing noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms to filter in, but the bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The service was lacking, with staff struggling with English proficiency and not being very helpful. The location was convenient for accessing the exhibition venue during rush hours and nearby connections to Zhangyang road, but it was a bit far from many attractions. The dining experience was average for non-Asian tourists like myself, with a decent selection of Chinese and Western breakfast options. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering a luxurious experience, but the location was a bit outside the central area of Shanghai, requiring additional transportation. The service was pleasant and improved over time, while the dining options were diverse and satisfying. The facilities provided were impressive, adding value to the overall stay.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a large bathtub, sitting area, and a comfortable king bed. The service was friendly, although some staff may benefit from etiquette training. The location is convenient for reaching the exhibition venue despite being a bit far from central Pudong. The dining experience was satisfactory but could be improved. Overall, the facilities provided a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, while clean and spacious, were too dark due to some unusual lighting choices and the placement of a large column in front of the windows. The service was pleasant, though not very proactive or attentive to our needs. The location was convenient only for reaching the Exhibition center, but required a 15-minute walk to access public transportation. The dining experience was acceptable but not outstanding.
My stay at the hotel was an interesting experience. The room was spacious, almost like a suite, with a large bathtub and a big bed. However, the view facing a wall/window into the gym made me keep the curtains closed most of the time. The room was clean and had all the facilities you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The special lighting options made it dark, and the large plasma TV column in front of the windows was a bit odd.
I was upgraded to a 5-star suite with a comfortable bed, and the rooms were nicely appointed, clean, and comfortable. The service was initially poor but improved when staff made an effort to understand my needs. The location was convenient for reaching the exhibition venue but far from the city center. The dining experience had a good selection of dishes, especially the Chinese breakfast, but was overall average. The facilities were satisfactory, but some areas like the shower floor could have been cleaner.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms turned out to be smoking rooms with a faint odor of smoke, but they were spacious with a very comfortable bed and amazing pillows. However, the view from the room facing a wall or window into the gym was disappointing. The service was helpful, especially in restocking items and assisting with technical issues. The location was convenient for reaching the exhibition venue during rush hours, but a bit distant from many sites. The dining experience was mostly geared toward Chinese guests, providing a good mix of Chinese and Western breakfast options. Overall, the facilities were decent but not exceptional.
